Is this misfire present all the time, ie when vehicle is stationary and moving?

Hello, so on tickover you can't really feel it. It is more present under load / pulling away up to 2000 rpm

My thought pattern is - if at tick over if it is present across all cylinders then low fuel pressure is likely a cause if the fuel to air ratio is reduced too much. If it is present only once the vehicle is rolling, have you considered whether there is an ABS sensor issue. Have you cleared any such fault codes away? Are there any other codes you cleared away because you didn't associate them with your issue. If it is misfiring on one particular cylinder you should also have that logged as a fault. Is that the case? In any case you've got Vida. Plug it in and work through each fault finding area of the components you suspect. |

Sorry I misunderstood the question I thought you meant at idle, so at idle you cannot really feel or notice it, however if you rev the vehicle while stationery it is definitely there yes.
I havent had any abs codes at all I have had a misfire code for cylinder 5 appear so that would be my cylinder to suspect but as I say vida balances all appear normal, compressions are ok and injectors have all been tested ok. So now suspect maybe wiring ? Equally only other code it has come back with at all is the p299 low boost code as I mentioned, so now wondering if it has a boost leak somewhere which could cause it, because again I presume that would mess with the ecus AF ratios. The issue is the faults dont immediately come back, at the moment again it is showing no faults, so I guess just drive it some more until it relogs it again? |

I have smoke tested them and couldn't find any obvious leaks
