It’s my wife’s car. XC 70 2010car. It’s done 180,000 miles and it passes its mot every year. We always have it worked on by Sheffield and Meredith in Leicester. They have always been fair with me. Car gets oil and filter changes every ten thou or when it goes in for a repair. It is far too many miles to bother having it scheduled serviced. Brake pads and discs when it needs them etc. It’s done 20,000 miles a year for the first few years we had it but it’s probably down to 14,000 or so now as I use my Discovery for a lot of the miles now.
It’s been a great car so far. Runs like a Swiss watch.

I'm based in Manchester, so Leicester would be a fair journey for me! Are there any tutorial videos for aux belt replacement on an S80 that I can watch that anyone knows of? There's some on YouTube, but they're of older vehicles (Mine is a 2007 S80 2.4D).

I can offer timing belt protector for diesel 2007-2011 made year.
The protective element decreases a possibility of it being dragged into the engine’s timing belt. This very commonly results in a necessity to replace a damaged engine.
Protector will fit to V70,S60,S80,XC60,XC70
Total price with shipping to UK is 66EUR.
For more info you can text me to double99@inbox.lv
