Took my car to the dealer on Friday as well. They run the update and it seems to be working properly since then without any issues. Fingers crossed it will continue like this.

Not sure which update they did. I went there and told them that from what i read in this post there is a software update fixing the issue. They told me that they updated the software and after that the modem is working properly.
Sorry i cannot be of more help. I suggest you go to the dealer and ask them to update you to the latest software. |

Not sure that will help. The problem is software. There is a patch for this. I got it. Everything fine now.

My dealer have had my car for 11 weeks (on monday), have replaced the VCM and still there are issues.
My car had the 3g/4g fault, as well as serious issues with Nav (both inbuilt and car play) as well as lots of random failure messages. Only 9 months old, so rejected and new one on order. |
