V70 T5 for sale
Volvo V70 T5 02 2.3 250 BHP Manual 5 speed.
Genuine 111k which will increase slightly with use. MOT till May 2017 which it sailed through with no advisories. Many new parts fitted since I've owned it, including discs and pads, 4 matching tyres (I'm anal about matching tyres!), two new Lambda sensors (which cost a fortune!), new track rod ends, new inner tie rod. Cambelt, tensioner, idler pulley (all genuine Volvo) changed back in April of this year. Well spec'd SE model with cream heated leather and Drivers memory seat with memory mirrors too, and most importantly one of the few manual T5's I've ever seen without a ripped drivers seat bolster (believe me, I looked everywhere). It has the premium audio system, built in rear booster seats (great for the kids), 4 electric Windows, folding heated electric wing mirrors, a picnic table with cup holders in the rear armrest, dual zone climate control with vents for the rear passengers, built in dog guard, removable rear seats, 12V aux in boot, remote central locking, and probably plenty of things I've forgotten. The bodywork is completely rust-free but does have a trolley dent or ten which you'd expect for a 14 year old car and a scuff on the corner of the rear bumper prior to me owning it. It's also had a new clutch earlier in it's life as the original owner seemed to like spending ££££'s at Volvo and I have a stack of receipts to show this. The only minus points to note are the following: Dashboard information centre shows 'alarm service required' at initial start-up (probably needs a new module or battery) Driver's heated seat does not work, which I'm reliably told is a broken wire and despite there being a YouTube tutorial on repairing this I've not had a chance to do it. Engine is a bit tappetty at high revs. Again I'm led to believe this is a characteristic of this engine and I've tried several different oils to quieten it. This does NOT affect performance at all, she pulls like a train all the way from zero to 155MPH (on a private road of course!) £2250 http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1u9dsgo0.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...psxgvvenzn.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...pssd9wjgiw.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...psuqw6uvif.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...ps3s4igoxq.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...psb8xkdi6o.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...pslgysfgne.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...psjsirerz9.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...psy8khjbcg.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...psttxepmvo.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...psgahc0xfc.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/...pscktp0hob.jpg

99 views of the ad now. Any comments, ideas, or thoughts on price guys?
Too cheap? Too expensive? Nice car? Absolute nail? I'm open to suggestions/advice/criticism.

If I was looking for a 2002. Volvo v70 t5 with the mileage that yours has done, I wouldn't want to pay much above £1500-£1600, depending on condition, service history, accessories etc. Don't know what anyone else thinks.

Lovely car buddy, or buddyess. I've moved on to a D5 engine, but I would seriously consider your car if I could justify the fuel costs, but for anyone else who's after one of these, I can strongly recommend a T5, as they are a joy to drive. One thing if you don't mind me asking, are those the original seats? They look really odd with the black dash.
Good luck with the sale

Cheers guys.
I'm a buddy by the way. Not me in the avatar, I'd never leave the house if I had those to play with. Seats are indeed the originals as far as I'm aware. Never really compared it to the silver inlays on the dash and doors in all honesty. I've looked at what other T5's are fetching and they vary from £700 to £3500 for that spec/mileage etc so I thought somewhere around half way would be a good place to start. Thanks again.

Lowered price!
Still for sale but after w4nk3rs on eBay bidding but not buying and waiting hours for no-shows I've reduced it to £1850. That's a £400 discount for those of you no good with a calculator!
Anyway, come on guys, it's worth that at least! My next options are part-exchanging it or setting fire to it!!
