2005 Diesel Alarm location!!!!

2005 V50 sports diesel estate. I'm really pulling my hair out trying to find the location of the anti theft alarm to replace the batteries. I have googled it and the only locations have been under the drivers front wheel arch and behind the same headlight..but it isn't there!.

Does anyone know the whereabouts please?

In the plenum chamber under the wipers/windscreen on the passenger side.
