I'm aware something happened between you and Daim. Having not seen it's impossible to comment on it, however when I have seen the mods deal with disputes their generally very fair. I've met a few of them and their extremelly decent people. It's not an easy job they do but on the whole they do it very well.

Following on from that, it apperas your spat is also being carried out on a different forum so it's not just on VOC you have issues.

And lastly, the members coming to this meet may like myself not know the exact details, or even be aware of you spat with Daim, and so can't really comment on it. However by saying you no longer want to meet these members because of the actions of Daim or the Forum Admin team is quite insulting. I'm sure this post was made in the heat of the moment so my dvice would be to reconsider.

Calm down, take a step back and do the meet. You may find out that you meet a lot of great people there.

Dew1911, please don't take this the wrong way, I don't know you, I don't know anyone here, I don't know the other forum, and I don't know what has gone on, but I think it's a real shame that this has been raised here.

At the end of the day, we're all here for the same basic reason, we like a particular make of car, and I'm looking forward to meeting some like-minded new people. I for one will be there, even if I have to have the meet on my own (nothing new there!!).

Besides, I don't want to have to buy my own fruit.
