360 camera
Hi, is it suppose to be blurry?
Like you can see the car and detail around it, but the edges tend to be blurry and when using it to reverse into a space, an object will come up really large...like a wheel for example or be distorted so you don’t actually know if you’re going to hit it. I don’t see why it’s all enlarged and stretched rather than just seeing the other cars normally, it’s like stretched ou5 if that makes sense. |

I suggest you scan through images of the 360 degree view on the Sensus screen in adverts for Volvo Selekt cars. I suspect yours is just the same. These are very wide angle lenses and use software to stitch them together. You are not going to see a "normal" view.

you may find it better to click on to whichever camera is best for the direction you want to see it will be clearer than the 360 angle

The system distorts (or undistorts, depending on your point of view) the images from the cameras on the assumption that they are looking at a flat surface -- if you manoeuvre around empty bays in a car park you'll see (well, you should see!) that the lines all match up reasonably well. The images from the downward-facing cameras on the wing mirrors need the least distorting because they're already downward facing. However the bonnet and tailgate cameras are pretty much looking straight forward and straight back so a lot more stretching is required on those images.
If you've ever watched the cricket and noticed the perspective-corrected adverts on the pitch, it's a bit like that happening in reverse. They look really odd from anything other than the correct angle. I've never found it to be a problem, by the time the car is getting close to anything near bumper height, the parking sensors have picked it up (and in my experience the sensor-detected position overlaid on the camera images is pretty close.)
