Default 2011 Volvo C30 Diesel fuel leak

New to the forum. Thank-you for having me.

I’m getting a lot of fuel collecting around the injectors.
I’ve taken them all out, cleaned them up and replaced them with a fresh seal kit torque to the right Nm. No difference.
I’ve replaced the overflow/ return pipe with one off e-bay. No difference. I don’t think that it is fitting very well and could be the cause of the problem. Does anybody have any experience of this problem and are there better return pipes that I could use?
Thanks in advance.

you are supposed to fit new pipes when you undo injector pipes . they get "work hardened" when they mate the first time giving a perfect seal. used on a different injector they are too hard to re-form to that shape. it should be easy enough to determine where the source of the leak is...

Default Fixed fuel return pipe leak

Thanks for the advice. The leak was definitely coming from the fuel return and I couldn’t get the push connectors to work properly, even with new o rings seals. I ended up removing the push connectors from the fuel return pipe and using 4 pieces of fuel line to connect the injectors to the return pipe, fixed with tie wraps at each end (see photo). It seems to have stopped the leaks😊
