Are you still after a turbodiesel for your Dad? Spotted this white 1996 460 1.9TD on DoneDeal.ie

It's in Waterford, no test, taxed 11/09, appears to have alloys, €375 ono. Maybe worth a peek?

Thumbs up

Thanks a lot Baffler, he got fixed up in the end, appreciate you bearing us in mind. I got another wishbone and a few other bits and had it recovered to a local guy. The speedo needle is jerky, the steering is laughably off - centre, but it's well suited to his driving ( into a wall probably, soon ).

About an hour ago an 8 month saga came to an end. His wiseness found the key to my 480 and the one and only alarm fob for it in his bedside locker ... after me searching at least 40 dustbins in forensic detail, the car itself ( via spare key ) and the front and back gardens ... not to mention the entire house ... over that time.

He deserves a gammy car lol ... new locks ( which I now don't need ) cost me €264. Ouch and bloody ouch again!

Regards,

Tony.
