In my files there's only \Vida_dvdheader and under it is Main and Vida, I do not have this VX Manager in my files. Could you share it maybe? Might be what I'm missing.

YES! Thanks for the tip. I downloaded the VXManager, installed it and let it do its magic. Now VIDA detects my scanner and I was able to do a full scan. I can't believe how happy I am. 5 days of work to get this software running

Got my diagnostics and there isn't actually anything new, all of the issues that appeared were addressed and fixed, however they still remain in the system.

Now onto the next part. Does anyone know a full VIDA guide? What each section is for, more specifically how to wipe all of the old data and redo diagnostics from stratch?

Thank you all

This is why so many people buy from me.
About £30 more but guaranteed working files, detailed installation video covering configuration and pretty much every hurdle you'll encounter, a tested tool and fast email support if needed.
I can even install it remotely if required.

Fault Trace >Delivery Tab>Erase All
Follow the on screen procedure to complete the clear.
The procedure varies so read the sequence of actions carefully.

Clear the Vehicle Profile and read the car again then view Fault Trace >Initial State for the latest code situation.

Vida must be the most infuriating software ever created, and VXDIAG is not much higher in my estimation!

I've had such a headache just getting it all to a stage where it actually connects to the damn car...worth it to find that the first fault code is for my interior lights not working! Can't believe they bothered to even created a fault code for that!

This video gives a nice basic intro:
