Volvo V70 SE T5 Auto Geartronic 290hp For Sale
My '03 Volvo V70 T5 Geartronic in Moonstone (looks like Silver), is looking for a new home, please help
Reason for sale: I am 40 next year and have decided to treat myself to a new car. Its been a excellent car to me and will be sad to see it go after owning it for 9yrs! (order by the misses, as cant have 2 cars :'( ) The car started life as a demonstrator car for Military and diplomat sales, so had quite a few extras added The car was then purchased by it first owner who ran it until 2006, at which point I purchased it and had it since, total 9+ years Specification: Moonstone colour, cream leather, 5spd geartronic auto box, loads of toys which include - elec seats/windows/mirrors, power fold mirrors with puddle lights, RTI – NAV, dolby digital surround sound, built in phone with separate handset, electronic climate control, Air Con, Volvo iphone/ipod connection, fold out table built into rear seat. In terms of upgrades, Anthracite powdered coated alloy wheels, MTE st2 chip, Ferrita stainless exhaust (with centre muffler so not noisy), IPD boost control valve, Samco boost hoses, Pipercross unlimited mileage panel filter, Stiffer Front antiroll bar bushes, engine brace mounts removed and replace with solid ones from IPD. When the upgrades were done, the intake system and throttle body was removed to give them a good clean and breather system replaced. As of current the car has done 120k miles and serviced every year without fail and regardless of cost! I have a folder load of history as every bill has been keep! Vehicle is used daily so mileage will increase In the last six months, it has had a service( oil, filter, plugs, air filter clean), air conditioning recharge, complete front shock absorber assembly changed (shocks, springs, bearing cap, link roads etc). The rear discs, pads, shoes have been replaced as the rear left calliper seized so thought I would change the whole assembly while apart. New rear caliper. In addition the power steering pump, alternator, drive belt and tensioner wheel replaced, as there was an annoying whine (turned out to be the alternator bearing). While half the engine bay was dismantled, the AC pump pulley was checked and re shimmed. Cambelt was replaced 2013, not due for another 8yrs or 80k Note: The Car is booked in to repair a few minor scratches on the 2nd Nov, but i thought i would advertise earlier so you can see that i am not hiding anything major once all done!! I am open to selling it earlier if you want it as is, and i will knock off the cost to do this.... I am hoping to get somewhere near to £3000, as of course some haggling maybe involved Its currently on ebay if you want to see some pics http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1719762619...84.m1555.l2649
