yeah...its not for sale though
Go for the genuine one if you can Kieran - the aluminium matches some engine bay components - I have a smart "Volvo" decal on mine also, insurance is cheaper on the genuine one because it was out of a volvo accessories magazine just like their roof bars, roof rails, etc so its the closest thing to a factory option you can get - which insurers are more likely to allow for. Keiran you sure, you want one on your diesel, got mine from a dutch guy who had it on his diesel, but took it off because the big enginecover on his diesel was hitting the strut brace.
ps:and no, mine is also not for sale

Crikey, I'd better bump my old post!
I've been hunting high and low for a genuine one Kieran and my only opportunity was one on ebay as a buy it now for £85 with postage, thought I would go for it when I got home from work but by then it had sold. I am considering getting a used one off an Evo 4, 5 or 6 as they are much cheaper second hand and at least I will see whether the difference it makes is worth the expense of buying a new genuine one. |
