Default Swedish Day car show

Hi all, anyone going to the Swedish day show this Sunday (12th may) at the Haelbury Mill here in lovely Somerset? I shall be going in the hearse as it's only 20 mins from me, it'll be the closest car show i've ever been to by quite some margin!

I desperately want to go, but I'm in Portsmouth at 11 and Poole at 5 for work so I won't be able to make it. Infuriating as it's just up the road from me (us)!

in Portsmouth at 11 - rather you than me at any time of day!

and Poole at 5 - that's a lot better!

Sadly too far away from me to make it, maybe next year if it becomes an annual thing.

A shame none of us could make it! It is an annual event IIRC and by all accounts a very popular one around here.

Steve and I didn't get in until 4 ish Sunday morning so i didnt really fancy cleaning and polishing the hearse, the hangover wasn't too bad but the problem was tiredness. There's always next year, the hearse might be a bit more sorted by then too!

Maybe a bit more notice next year would be useful Tom? For people like me who are a lot further away it gives a lot more time to plan things. Still no guarantee of getting more people there but gives them more of a chance to organise things to enable them to be free for it.
