Default Starter turns but doesnt fire

Timeline:

- Engine Starts (with battery booster because of dead battery)
- Left car for 5/6 months
- Replaced turbo, battery and engine oil
- Starter turns but engine doesn't fire

Lamps in dashboard: Turbo (Yellow), Oil Can (Red)
There is diesel in the tank but its been there for 6 months

Anyone have any thoughts?

modern cars need a good battery or once you engage the starter the battery drops off and unable to run all the electrics hence no start , or if it does start warning lights appear ,worth getting a good battery evan if you can borrow one to rule this out before you start looking for fault that may not be there.
also any work you have done go over it and check you have any wires in the correct place or not missed some it happens to us all at times

Surely has to be something you've missed during the turbo change as said above. We've all done it.
Turbo warning might indicate turbo or actuator vac hose being off?
Re check the oil and water feeds.
Maf plugged in?
Lambda plugged in?
I'm not sure how these engines work but if it senses a problem through the boost controller it may stop the car starting.
