Default Sensus Nav problem

Hi folks,

S60 2014 D4 Business edition.

I’m having a bit of a problem with my sat nav. I have a number of stored locations saved that I use frequently. However the stored locations option is greyed out.

I can still see them in preveious destinations so they are there somewhere. I have also tried adding a new stored location which saved but the option still remains greyed out.

This has been going on for about a week now and I’m at a bit of a loss.

Can anyone offer any ideas? Thank you.

Chris.

Hi Chris,

My car is a Volvo XC60 R-Design 2015.

I have the same problem with the navigation stored locations not working (I can't access it because it is greyed out).

Did you managed to find a solution for this problem?

Thanks!
John

I've just had this problem. The reason that the stored locations is greyed out is because the sat nav has lost all the saved addresses. If you add them in again the stored option will become available. I have lost the saved address twice now in the 11 months I have owned the car.

Have you updated the map version?

I hadn't thought about map updates, I have done two updates now and lost the stored locations also twice. I'll keep an eye on it next time round.

I think the update may over write the stored location data. Have a search

There should be another update due soon I think....
