Default V70 Phonebook download

Recently my phone book on my 2013 V70 D5 is failing to download via Bluetooth.
Phone connects ok to the infotainment, just will not download any contacts or store recent calls etc, can still receive calls but making calls has to be made via the device so hands free in that respect is now useless.

Anyone have an idea how to rectify this?

Is it as simple as just restoring to factory settings?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If it's an android phone, then it's the settings in your phone you need to look at.

I've had this in the past on MY2011 V70. Can't remember quite what I had to do but it involved changing contact settings etc. I found the relevant info on a google search.
