Selling My 2003 XC90 T6

I am selling my XC90, I have been the keeper since August 2008. I recently had the turbos and gearbox refurbished. The MOT just ran out today the 7th of December.

It is advertised on Autotrader for £3,750 but I am open to reasonable offers.

Reason for selling, but another car while the turbos was being fixed.

Are you going to spend £50 getting it MOT'd or do you think it will fail so you're selling it as is?

As I was putting it on AutoTrader, I realised the MOT expired same day. I wouldn't want to advertise it with an MOT if it doesn't have.
It has gone in for its MOT today, and I expect it to pass.
It has only done about 1500 miles since the last MOT as I got the Gearbox Issue not to long after the MOT was done and then the Turbos when it came back from the gearbox repair.

I was going to have a giraffe over the price but I must say based on ebay you're about right. I do agree with the Cheshire lad that an MOT will probably pay for itself, if you are aiming for a quick sale. Oddly enough it's a good time to sell a thirsty, older petrol car - but knowing what I know about the T6es I am personally looking for the right early-ish V8 jag...

I know how much I want, but for the people who will haggle, I advertised higher.
Don't need the book price, want it gone at a reasonable price.

do your homework with V8 jags, the american(?) engine is great but timing chains tensioners/runners/oilers etc need to be changed once in a while, very awkward and expensive. A lot more expensive if something fails of course.

Not yet, only advertised for the 2 weeks prior to Xmas.
About to put it back on autotrader and eBay and see what the market is like.
