Default Lhd 242 > rhd 242

Hello again,

After many years of being away from volvo's, having owned a 240 and a 940, I recently caught the bug for them again and now I really want a 242.

Trouble is they are LHD.

My question to you is: If I were to get a 242, would I be able to transfer all the steering, BMC etc to the right hand side?

Its been a while since Ive seen one but judging from the pics the plate mounts for the BMC etc are transferable ?

If I was to buy a rotten 240 shell for parts.

Do not concern yourself with space etc because the engine will not be standard and almost everything will be fabricated from scratch.

Cheers
