Automatic full beam faulty?

The blue light indicates full beam mode but when dipped the blue light remains on?

Any ideas anyone?

That’s sounds correct. Have you checked the manual?

The blue indication light remains on, when then high beam is on, but the shadow technology is in play when part of the beam is turned off in response to oncoming traffic. The blue indication light goes off when headlight is fully dipped. At least that's my understanding.
