Default Exhaust (again)

Hi,

I posted a year-ish ago about my awful Chinese exhaust to see what exhaust other people fit to their 240s, but no-one really said. My exhaust was subsequently either repaired and a new one fitted by Volvo (they said they replaced it, but did they really?), but I had it on a lift over the weekend, and it is seriously blowing from three different places. Front silencer from around the pipe going in to the silencer, they have over-tightenend a clamp on the rear silencer, so the pipe now has a hole in it, and behind the rear silencer is also blows around the pipe entrance.

On top of that, something inside the silencers keep rattling as well.

Despite only being a year old, the Chinese stuff needs to be scrapped. Do I go to an exhaust shop and ask them to make a new one, or what is the best solution?

I gave up with mild steel exhausts a long time ago. I only sell and fit stainless on all my cars
