Default rough starting

Hi all

bit of a strange one here, every now and then (like half a dozen times a month) my V70 2.4 N/A petrol will be really rough on start up and take about 10-15 seconds to sort itself out (low revs like its going to stall). it only happens first thing and is fine for the rest of the day.
i have replaced the MAF, ETM has been rebuilt earlier this year and it has a good service history. otherwise the car drives fine 155k.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I seem to have resolved this issue, by changing the engine/coolant temp sensor. Also swapped the thermostat whilst is was at it. So far so good.
