T8 lead times

Sorry for cross forum posting but does anyone know UK lead times for a T8 R-Design?

Not sure if the T8 lead times are longer, but I got a dealer slot that I adapted for my D5 R Design, ordered last week of Novemeber, arrived last week of January (without a towbar which I've waited for, now collecting 1st March). Find a dealer with a build slot you can take and it should speed things up

I'm sure others will jump in with the detail, but I'm pretty sure all T8 slots were filled a long time ago and there are no more slots until MY17 is released.

Most of us waiting for our T8s, or those that have received them since Dec '15, ordered them last Summer - June/July timeframe.

I ordered my T8 just before Christmas. Initially a momentum with delivery date end of March. Decided to change to R design and voila, delivery date next Friday already! That's less than 2 months. Like said before try a few dealers. I ordered mine at Volvo Warrington and they still had 2 amendable slots available at the time. Good luck

I had ordered a T8 before Christmas with de date, 14 March!! But I got cold feet and cancelled end of Jan. I Went on to order and cancel a BMW X3 and more recently a Jaguar F-Pace. Due to tax breaks and the requirement for 7 sseats I have come back to the Volvo.

I don't have the chance to shop around - the company lease company deals with orders.

Had a quick look around mine yesterday, the bursting blue isn't as blue as it looks in all the photos. Lovely colour on the car!
