  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Some first pictures attached. Haven't really taken the time yet to take some on my DSLR. Better ones to follow once it's been to the detailer for coating.

First couple were taken at delivery. With dull weather it looks very near black. In the sun the colour really comes out well. All in all I wasn't sure about my chosen colour for a long time pre-delivery but am so happy I went for Savile Grey. Think it really suits the R-design.

That lead over the pavement is like that guy in the tracey ulman show charging his laptop in the cafe. Do you have to stand there telling people to go round the lead!

Lacking a better solution it actually worked fine

I still can't understand why London isn't more accommodating to plug-in hybrids. In Amsterdam you can apply for a charging point (pole) in front of your house.

you need to watch out putting the cable over the pavement like that. On EV forums there is loads about Councils getting very stroppy and quite threatening. It is fine unless something goes wrong (and nobody reports you or sees you). I would at the very least have cable cover (like they have in venues) to stop people tripping.
