Ouch - 6 month wait for new T8

Just ordered a new T8 R-Design in bursitng blue and been told there is a 6 month wait time (due to be delivered 8th August).

Oh no, way to long to consider option changes. Will be the new 2017 model though I suppose?

If you're not happy with the lead time it's worth to shop around with different dealers. I live in London but my T8 was delivered by Volvo Warrington. It was ordered just before the new year and delivered 2 days ago. Result!

No need to wait that long

Unfortunately it is through a lease company at work so can't shop around - but I will ask if they can ...
