CD Player - where and useful?

Firstly thanks to all those that have replied to other posts. I'll be placing the order for my R design on Monday. Pretty much looks like a fully loaded D5 with everything but air suspension.

Can someone tell me where the CD player is located and if it plays DVD's? My current XC60 plays DVDA high definition audio disks and I'd have thought with the Bowes system the new XC90 would do the same?

Also it seems bursting blue is no longer in matt, I was really hoping for that as it looks stunning. Has anyone got an R Design in any other colour?

Get my bursting blue R Design on Tuesday, it is a stunning colour in the Flesh, can't wait! As far as I know the CD player goes under the centre armrest, it's not a big space to begin with. Not sure on which formats it supports. Hope that's of some use

That's useful, now I need to know if it plays dvds?
