Unhappy c30 1.6d dpf issue

Hi all, first post (and its a problem post)

Looking for confirmation from more experienced people really.
I've had a c30 1.6d drive for about 6 weeks now(bought from dealer who is being awkward to say the least) and have been having issue with what i think is a blocked dpf with ash.
I have one of the little icarsoft diag tools and found there was no pressure from dpf, after a check found melted/corroded pipe at bottom of dpf running to the sensor, fixed that, getting pressure now.
On longer runs on motorway, 50/60 mph car will start a regen getting to around 600 degrees but only for around 10mins always, then temp drops into 2/300s and will have fault code 2A40 PARTICULATE TRAP.
When idle there is about 4/5 hpa and steady 2000 revs anything from 40 hpa upwards.
Also the eolys tank seems to be showing 1/15.
Car has 80 000 miles, 4164T engine and i'm almost certain the dpf hasn't been replaced or eolys refilled.
Trying to get dealer to sort this as i feel it shouldn't have been sold to me in this condition.

Thanks for any advice.

The car should have had a new DPF and EOLYS fluid refilled at the 75,000 mile service. If this hasn't been done then almost certainly that's what needs to happen.

Sadly the market is flooded with 1.6D C30/S40/V50 that have ~75k on them as owners get told Volvo want over £1000 for that service.

Thanks, been looking into different options and i think i'm going to buy the vida/dice to do this work myself. The car is running alright bar the failed regens so i think i should be fine for a week or two until i get all the bits i need.
