  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Took delivery on a Chinese vida/dice 2013a unit today. Used these instructions and have it fully working on xp sp3. Thanks for all the info to all posters on here, my laptop is running the same spec as the original poster of this thread.

I had the same problem.

I solved it by wiping everything and starting again.

It can be a real PITA when it wants to be.

Unsurprisingly they are not able to fulfill orders as they claim a quality control issue whereas they more than likely realised their error in pricing it way to cheaply! Shame

Am I correct in thinking that you mean delete the whole vida software and start again

I mean I wiped the computer and did a fresh OS install.

Are you doing this on a fresh OS install, or a used computer?
