V90 rear leaf spring (self leveling suspension)

Hi guys, this is my first post so hope it's correct. I am trying to find a replacement leaf spring for my estate V90 3.0litre. The existing one has started to delaminate for some reason & I have hit a blank with volvo dealers in UK. There are a few dealers in USA who have the part but I do not know the correct part number (6819300, 6819301 or 9140471). Can anybody advise me which of these I should quote to the dealer. Car has covered 170k miles & still runs like a dream.
