Also I don't understand their pricing as stage 3 gives exactly the same upgrade as Stage 1 and costs an eye watering A$2074 which twice what I paid for my Polestar!
BSR have been around a while so I guess that would make them seem more reputable.
The Stage 2 upgrade includes a cat back exhaust system but no quoted figures of its performance available I guess.
The Stage 1+ upgrade appears interesting though.
I've also notice the packages in Oz don't include the PPC3 unit as you have to return it.
In the UK it appears to be included in the £499 GBP price.
I was tempted to give this a go on my D4 AWD but BSR tell me it wouldn't work on mine as I had the Polestar map already.

You're absolutely right about the Stage 1 priced at $895, but the additional power and torque produced from the Stage 1+ at $1195 seems very interesting and worthy of attention. Considering also that I'm looking to beef up my springs and shocks, and later my brakes, it would turn this unit in a conservative looking beast and pack one hell of a punch

Need to research a little further and will upload what I find.

Hopefully someone on here has had some direct experience with this and can give us some real life specifics. Even if it's a different diesel model.

Just some feedback on BSR here in OZ; for anyone else that may be considering them.

Seems like a bit of a micky mouse operation down here. To proceed with one of their tuning kits the ECU needs to be removed and sent to Sweden for it to be hacked and decoded. Could be as long as 2 weeks without car.

So there's another advantage to Polestar!

Hahaha; if I could get some extra ponies out of Polestar I would have it installed already but alas, they're just not available.
