  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Should be. The ESN service runs predominantly from their commercial infastructure. Their coverage has always been excellent anyway - far better than O2. One thing I will say is that if you use a SIM for an MVNO (such as Virgin Mobile) who rent service from the major networks, you may not get the full benefit of their network. Ie if you use a Virgin Mobile SIM you wont have access to EEs 800mhz band (which provides much better coverage in rural areas and in buildings, for example.)

As for what On Call uses, I wonder if its a Swedish SIM that roams across multiple UK networks or whether they actually install country specific SIMs in the factory.

Cheers Chris, If I opt for the dedicated sim it will be EE, more likely is to upgrade the current phone contract to include more data. I am presently with BT and assume (dangerous I know) that would give full EE access.
