Volvo ID

Bizarre.

My Volvo ID on my computer has dropped my XC90 off the page. When I try to add it I am asked to confirm but it is still not listed.

Any ideas?

No idea. I had lots of problems signing in, but that has now been fixed. My car is still listed under mycars.
I'm guessing it is still there so adding it again will confuse the software. I would get onto customer services.
btw does VOC still work?

At this early stage, don’t be tempted to delete your Volvo ID, and recreate it.

As I found out to my cost (previously posted here), the Volvo back end servers do not actually delete the data, only mark it as deleted, so deleting and recreating will give you more grief.

Volvo ID is notoriously flaky, so be patient for a couple of days and see what happens. Usually, you will see other posts here for the same, or similar issues, which are resolved by Volvo’s software bods.

Yup, VOC still works. I have contacted Volvo customer services and we will see what happens.

The Volvo Customer Services are pretty good at getting Volvo IT to sort these types of issues out though they do need chasing.
