Default Collapsed pcv pipe

Hello all,
There was a split in my pcv pipe which I changed, however this made the car worse. It wouldnt idle at all and was running lumpy. Put the old split pipe back on and it's idling but that puts me back at square one. Now and then I get erratic revving and idle isn't smooth either. Reduced power notification on dash comes up every few weeks. Doesn't like cold starts.
Car is 1.6 petrol c30 2007.
Any info would be appreciated
Thanks in advance
Gaz

Have you had the code read by VIDA or some form of diagnostics?

If "reduced performance" is coming up on the dash every few weeks, there should still be a stored code. A decent diagnostic tool should pick it up.

See what the code is, take it from there. It might be nothing to do with the PCV.
