My Nokian fronts did 30,000 and Rears were still at 5mm when I sold it..

Just changed the front tyres on my car after 30k miles, the rears still have 6mm tread. The tyres are the factory fitted Continentals. Very pleased with them and replaced with same.

I lied.....they were some dodgy brand called runway....
fitted by the dealers.

I drive like an old lady, make sure I do longish journeys....keep pressures where they should be.......
still absolute garbage.

This is not what you would expect from a Volvo dealer.

I replaced the rubbish tyres with Goodyear wrangler expecting a drop in mpg. About £95 per tyre . The mpg actually went up slightly. I went for a mix of grip and wear and can hear no increase in tyre noise from the last. I wonder how long these will last.......
