I have notice long time ago if i press the brake pedal slowly it goes down ,

That could just be what's known as "Diesel Creep" its not uncommon on diesel cars.

New MAF not Bosch
This maybe your problem

The MAF output controls the ECU smoke map, the Smoke map is used for fine tuning the fuel ,

a lot of people have had problems with none gen MAF sensors ,or most other cheap sensors ,
the amount of fuel injected to the engine is based on what the maf is telling the ecu , can you fit your old bosch one

hi have you got a obd2 reader so you can take some readings before you change it and then with the bosch,
if you have say take a reading at idle then at say 1500rpm to see if there is any difference ,
change the hole sensor with the housing, not just the sensor,

It might also be worth checking your MOT history/paperwork to see how your car has been doing in its annual smoke tests. If nothing else this would indicate whether you have a history of smoke problems (or a deteriorating trend). It wont explain any recent change you may have made to your car but might be useful
