Default Door Vibration

The door card has an annoying vibration when listening to music.
Searching the internet I've seen that there is supposedly Volvo prescribed solution to this which is basically Volvo putting in a thicker door anti-vibration "sponge". However I'm struggling to find any specific part numbers of this particular "sponge".

Was wondering if anyone out there has experienced this same rattle and what you did to solve it. I've yet to take the door card off to see if any of the speakers are loose and need tightening, was waiting for slightly better weather before attempting it.

If it is as i suspect a case of padding it out is there any other non-brand stuff that could be used to pad the sound?

The vibration is just so annoying. Also before you ask, I've adjusted the bass levels on the audio system and don't listen to it on max volume.
