Hi guys,

Today, as I had no passenger on the front seat, I moved the seat forward to make more space behind. That was when I saw a black box with the HK logo on it and lots of cables going out... Looking at how the cables run and how the box is fixed... I would say it is the kind of quality I would have achieved if I would have installed it myself... It really doesn't match the outstanding quality of the rest of the car...

Although I don't really expect something to be wrong with my car, can any of you confirm it looks the same in your cars? BTW, it's an XC60 with Harman Kardon sound system I'm talking about

Thanks!

I have noticed the same in my car - where the cable run is poor. Volvo should have fitted some sort of cover over the cables to stop peoples shoes chafing on it in my opinion.

Likewise, just checked under my drivers seat (UK Model) and I see the same.
But IMHO the seat would have to be so far forward for a very tall passengers foot to make direct contact........ that the driver would have to a sub 5 foot midget....
