Default Polestar Engineered Badge

Got my new XC90 R-Design Pro with polestar last week, lovely car and streets ahead of the MY16 I had previously. When did the polestar badge change, was expecting the blue version but instead it’s now white. Not an issue, just curious...

I just got one for my MY19 car and its white, is your Polestar Engineered badge slightly bigger than the other two badges or is it just the photo ?

Mine is sat in a draw at the dealership need to pop in and get it stuck on!

The white badge does look bigger...

And I much prefer the blue badge - why on earth have they changed colour? That blue was always synonymous with Polestar.......

I've been in two minds about getting the upgrade (MY17 S90 R-Design, D4, Black) but the white badge imo is another reason not too!!

I guess in time people will come to know and love the new badge.......

The polestar badge is the same size as the others, I think the “R Design” badge looks bigger in the photo than the “AWD” badge too. Must be the lighter colours against the chrome surround.
I haven’t looked to see if they’re still available but you could buy the blue polestar badges on eBay for not a lot, maybe worth it if it’s a decision maker/breaker.

How about putting both on. Got to admit it's becoming a badge fest back there. 😎

I think I’d be questioning that it’s actually been put on it, mine came with a box with this plaque thing in (probably would have been better with a picture of an XC90 though) and an authentification card. Still no way of telling that it’s actually been applied to the car, but my right foot is happy 😆

The old style blue polestar badges are bigger and dont match the newer badges. I agree the blue badges look much better.
