Spare wheel hold down bolt, sill trim wanted!

Hi

I tightened the spare wheel hold down a bit too tight and snapped the end off. I only need the black plastic threaded bit which located info the floor if anyone has one to sell?

Also the sill/floor trim under the car (behind the front wheel/under the pedals area) has split, so I'd like one of those too. I'm sure the clips will break on removal but I can source replacements, but I'm struggling to find someone to send me a trim!
