V50 R Design Seat Repair?

Hey there!

New to the forum (never posted before!). i've owned my v50 R Design from new (2009) however have noticed recently that the leather parts of the drivers seat is beginning to wear - nothing major just the bream colour rubbing off leaving the hide i guess underneath. My question is has anybody attempted to repair this yourself? If so do you have any recommendations? What kit did you use etc?

I find its the dark parts of the seat that wear on the drivers side as you get in and out. This is something I'd be interested to hear about getting repaired. As for the cream leather parts that's a simple re-spray.....Yes re-spray. You would have to get the leather re-coloured by a specialist, probably the same person that would repair the tears in the side bolsters.
