Lumpy start from cold.
Hi All,
I'm a first time Volvo owner and have just bought an 04 V50 T5 with 135k miles on the clock, its in a nice clean condition and I love it BUT when cold and I start it the car is quite lumpy on tickover from anything from 2-5 seconds could this be the MAF sensor? I've only had the car a week and already let the car dealer take it back to have his mechanic look at it but could this be the start of something expensive? I'm already being told not to worry and it's probably nothing but I'm concerned I'm going to be left with a bill for a few hundred pounds. Any advice would be great as he is calling me tomorrow. Should I refuse the car? Thanks in advance! Paul |
