Grease fitting cleaner

Any body know about this tool. Is it available in UK. I have searched but can't find it. May be called something different in UK

Draper do a similar thing in UK, £32.05 plus postage.

For the man who has everything. If they don't respond to a good soak in brake cleaner and then flow clean when fitted to the grease gun by themselves just replace them for as little as 20p each.
Yes, I can see how that tool works but if you've greased your joints before without problems I doubt if the internal grease has gone hard enough to need it.
