  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Default temporarily silencing the alarm siren? which fuse?

my neighbour works nights & I need to pull a fuse til I can get to the garage & replace my siren battery, but which is it?

some say no8
some say no5?

What year XC90 do you have?

If a MY2009, then it is powered by F8 on the CEM

Sorry mate should’ve mentioned, it’s a 2005 163 bhp D5 auto.

Exactly the same. F8 on the CEM powers the siren.

When you pull the fuse out the siren will sound until it's internal battery goes flat. How long depends on how good the battery is...
