Default 2010 v70 d5 fault code p029900

The fault code is "Turbo/compressor a negative pressure no info on error type permanent."
I have cleaned the EGR valve. Flushed the system with EGR cleaner and still no diffrence!
The car revs ok in neutral. When driving lightly it pulls ok, but when a significant amount of throttle is aplied and the turbo is pulling suddenly it goes into limp home mode with the above code.
Any ideas to what this can be?
There's no whistling to suggest hoses leaking,it pulls like it should before the limp home steps in, wondered if anyone out there has had the same issue or could point me in the right direction.

Thanks for any info provided.

I think I would start by looking at hoses or intercooler for leaks
