Default Run flat spare for 2019 XC60

Hi Guys. Bit of help and advice from the more learned of you.
I have a 2019 XC60 R Design. Fitted with 19” profile tyres. With the puncture kit. Can I get a run flat spare for it? If so other than the genuine Volvo one is anything else compatible?
Also is there Anyone in my local Blackpool area that can be recommended for servicing etc ?

Not sure what you mean by a "run flat spare"? Run flat tyres are fitted to some cars (most famously BMWs) to avoid the need for a spare. You would only need a run flat spare to insure you against the very unlikely situation of getting a puncture then getting a puncture of the fitted spare....

Keep a regular lookout on ebay, gumtree etc. I found an unused one within a few weeks of buying my car last November, but if your car has the main battery in the centre of the boot it must be the correct wheel if you want it to fit over the battery and not raise the boot floor.

You'll need to check that it is specifically for the post 2017 SPA models. I dug around the internet to find the part reference and then checked against that, but unfortunately don't have that info any longer. Don't forget you'll also need a suitable jack and wheel brace unless you're going to rely on the AA/RAC etc to do the fitting for you. Once you have the correct wheel it will fit neatly over the battery but you need to remove the storage under tray that's under the boot floor. The jack and brace will fit into the block of polystyrene where the can of gunge and compressor are stored.

Here are some images of my space saver in place with the wheel ref nos.
The important one is Part no 31362275
A non scientific observation is that these wheels have a solid disc!

Hi Dave, I wrote and sent a reply to your PM yesterday but it has disappeared; apparently you have blocked or are not allowed to receive PMs!
To answer your question - Current volvo models XC60,XC90, XC40, S60.. are built on what Volvo call their Scalable Product Architecture (SPA). In my case for a Mk2 MY18 XC60 D4, after a lot of digging around, I found that although the main battery is in the boot on both the the Mk1 and Mk2 xc60s the space saver spare wheel for the Mk1s doesn't fit the Mk2s boot space despite a lot being being listed on ebay as fitting both. The part no you need is 31362275. I've already uploaded some images as a reply to your original post. Don't forget the jack and wheel brace - the jack for the XC60 has a domed locating lug on the top.
Hope this helps
Wynn

Thanks for the info. My car as 19’’ wheels fitted. I’ll start looking around and hopefully find something.
Regards Dave.
