caravan brakes
hi and welcome to caravanning,
dont be afraid of caravan brakes they are not rocket science.they are no more than the basic cable operated drum brake system that has been fitted to the rear of most cars for years.if the shoes are adjusted right and the cables are ok then the movement of the damper is just the same as pulling a hand brake on.there is very little difference on the brakes of todays new vans. all the best peter. |

Thanks to all those who replied.A little bit of grease from the grease gun did the trick.No more Jolts up the backside.
