I have already put a punt out in the wants section for a 6 CD cassette for an sc901 head unit. In the alternative I am thinking about a digital interface with Bluetooth and am fairly certain I need the model as per title ? If so a link as to where I could buy one would be much appreciated as not been able to find in past hour, thanks |

Hi Bigfella,
Haven't done it myself, but am interested. I found this http://www.yatour.net/product/603077...3f38117bty10lh then reading through it looks like you might want YT-BTA-VOLSC for Bluetooth on a Volvo with an SC head unit. It is available in Holland for 90 euros https://www.motrade.nl/nl/audio-inte...-2092-20000106 Let us know if you learn more. Thanks Steve

The Nutt strikes again - on my browser this is seemingly the one I want and the one which did not come up on search !
Don't suppose you have a spare sc901 hanging about - with the underseat amp it is soooo good compared to a 900 I want one for Lenny ! Was in your manor on Sunday - Flaggy was kind enough to meet me on the A11 at Thetford with the 901 and a couple of Comets - did not even have time to meet my little bro at Wildtracks ! Hope you are good or at least better than when I last disturbed your peace Steve I have read nothing but good things about these Yatour units and PNUTT is clearly of the same view, not difficult to fit either - so I am gonna order one in the next 5 mins |

Skies good to hear from you and shame did not see you after Bromley Bowling Club - I had a fantastic day in a lovely setting, good company and cheap beer - but of course I could only have one !
Yes I know I am stupid but did search as suggested and got nothing save Germany holland and similar - link provided by PNUTT did the trick though like you say there is no rush on delivery - approx 2 weeks Look forward to your pic, am I right in thinking a join has to be made in the existing cable if so what sort of connector should I be looking for please ! Did a lovely job fitting an airbruck to the rear bay of my house yesterday but when it comes to electrics fitting a new 901 is about my limit !! |

yeah sorry, i had a bit of an iffy couple of weeks again, i just came back a job interview hopefully itll get better soon...
as i remembered, its yellow to yellow (yellow-purple), and plug to plug and thats it... my box is located on the shelf under the glovebox, so its out of harms way, but my flatmate shorted it somehow, so i need to buy a new one sooner than later... dont short it, and it should serve you well, thats all i can say... ps since that, ive fixed the cruise control (with a brand new brake pos sensor for 18quid!) and travelled 400miles to jurassic coast and back in a day! drove like 100miles myself, the rest was handled by the cc... i even drove bare foot, cuz the damn sea bit my shoes! xD damn its so easy to live with a cruise control! edit: for future buyers https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_f...tooth&_sacat=0 also edit: i cut the red by accident first, please ignore the cut red cable

Yatour arrived far sooner than advised, fitting is all straightforward save powering Reading what has been said and trying to follow the typical useless instructions would suggest that the yellow wire attached to the main wire on the yatour has to be connected to the yellow / purple wire on the main harness to the back of the 901 ? If so can the existing main socket to the back of the 901 be taken apart and the new power line ( yellow ) placed with the yellow / purple and clipped in ? Grateful for ya pics Skies but I still cannot work it out !!!! |
