Default Wanted Early 145

Hi all

I have recently started looking for an early 145 must be to MOT standard or nearly at that level.
Am intending to use soon after purchase so would consider anything from a rolling restoration to a good solid daily driver but not looking for a pristine example.
Does anyone know of such a beast?

Thanks,

Mike

I have been watching this one with interest and yes it should be perfect for me but being in the IOM is tricky to go and view. I do prefer the small bumper models if I'm honest.

Thanks for the suggestion

Regards

Mike

Hi Mike

That is a small bumper model. I agree, the big bumpers are ugly in my opinion. This green one is a small bumper, small blinkers and 2nd grille.

The big bumper, 3rd grille has larger blinkers and corresponding different wings (which are easier to come by if your's rot out)

You'll most likely need to travel to view a 145 - I had to travel from Bristol to Crawley for my 144...

Default 1971 Volvo 145 Estate.

Such a car is coming up for sale at a classic car auction at Kings Lynn on Saturday 8th April 2017. It is manual with overdrive.
