Default Borg Warner 35 Rebuilt Auto Box

Hi there,

Local to me tidings a motor engineer that has approached me with the needs of a fully rebuilt Borg Warner automatic gearbox from a 164...

At a guess it may fit others.

The box is located in the Preston Lancashire area.

Well.

Late afternoon a gentleman called me about the gearbox, we have now deduced that this would fit a car with floor change rather than the stick on the column.

Thanks again to the chap that called me.

Same Box for both

just the linkage is different

Between 1964 and 1976, BW-35 transmissions were used in the models 120, 1800, 140, 160 and 240.

The gear ratios were as follows:

1st gear: 2.39:1
2nd gear: 1.45:1
3rd gear: 1:1
Reverse: 2.09:1
