Default FREE: P2 T4 Engine & gearbox

Free T4 Engine & gearbox!

Came out of my 2003 V40 T4 with 147k miles on the clock.

Headgasket done at 142k but was using coolant again so possibly gone again.

Gearbox is a T4 box with the shorter ratio than the 2.0T. Whines despite a fluid change but had done this for the last 50k miles. Shifted perfectly fine.

Comes with:
Full engine (head and block still bolted together)
Turbo manifold
Inlet manifold
Water rail
Engine covers
Injector rail
Sump
Gearbox
Dual mass flywheel
Clutch & pressure plate
(no sensors)

All completely free. Collect from near Filey North Yorkshire or Ill split off any parts and sell cheapy cheap plus p+p.

Or the lot goes in the next available car for the scrapyard and gets weighed in.....

How old is the MAF sensor in the air box/intake? I dont need one but a good second hand may be useful to have.

Sorry don't have one. The one the engine came with was junk so I had to use my old one.

Yep still here. Just make sure you read the first post to make sure what youre getting Dont want people to be under any assumptions its a good working engine because it does have suspected H/G failure and it has no sensors on it.

A true gentleman. A pleasure meeting not only a volvo enthusiast but a car enthusiast.

I'm fairly certain we could have talked cars all day.

Ant is a great guy and a trusted seller so to speak.

Many thanks.

I dont. The one on my new engine leaked like a bad case of food poisoning so I stole the one off this engine.
