I know - it is distressing - have you noticed the number of excellent condition 940s that are being broken on eBay?

These are three I've broken https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=313357 https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=306803 https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=302333 They all looked amazing on top (apart from the first one) but were completely rotten underneath. The first one I'm currently breaking and there is no way in the world anyone would even bother doing the welding required to fix it. This one https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=305958 I bought off a drifter and the rear arch on the N/S and the area behind the wheel arch was completely stoved in and the axle had a welded diff that was blown. |
